NON-INTENSIVE COURSES FOR RESIDENTS
The School
Since 1992 Tropical Coast Languages has offered Spanish courses in Almuñécar. The school is accredited teaching centre of Instituto Cervantes (the only public organism that guarantees the quality in the Spanish courses) and member of FEDELE (The Spanish Federation of Associations of Spanish Schools for Foreigners).
Course Description
These courses are drawn up for people residing in Almuñecar and the surroundings who wish to learn or improve their Spanish to be able to communicate in shops and restaurants and other “about town” situations.
Courses consist of two days of Spanish per week (4 lessons / week) programmed for all levels according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (Council of Europe).
The minimum duration of the course is 4 weeks (16 Spanish lessons)
As an Accredited Teaching Centre of Instituto Cervantes we can also prepare for the Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language (D.E.L.E.).
Methodology
It is dynamic and communicative. The classes are interactive and focused on practical every-day situations. We work with an up-to-date course material. We provide with all the material for the course, have a loan service for books, videos and DVD’s and free internet access with computers and WiFi available for our students. including in the price
The school has a professional and dynamic teaching staff, all holding superior university degrees and having undergone our in-house training programme.
Maximum number of students in the same course level: 10.
Minimum number of participants in the same course level:
· 4 (when the course is carried out in the school).
· 10 (when the course is not carried out in the school).

- From 5 October to 15 de January
- From 18 January to 16 April
- From 19 April to 9 July
Prices
- 1 month (4 weeks): 75 € / 16 lessons
- 3 months (12 weeks): 195 € /48 lections (65 € / 4 weeks)
- Inscriptionn Fee: 30 €

3 MONTH COURSES
BANK HOLIDAYS (plus two local holidays -They are usually: 19th March & 24th June but the town-hall has to confirm them at the end of the year-).
CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS (from 21st December to 8th January) & EASTER (from 29th March to 2nd April): The school office will be open, but there will not be classes.
