General Conditions for the Accommodation

• There is no an extra fee to the accommodation price.
• A week's stay begins on the Sunday before the start of the course and ends on the Saturday immediately after the course ends.
• Supplements:
  • Extra Nights: The price for extra nights (arrival before or departure after the established dates) depends on the type of accommodation.
  • Accompanying Person: It is possible to come with an "accompanying person", who does not wish to take part in any course but does require accommodation. This person will pay for their chosen accommodation plus + an extra (see price list) and can take part in all the extra activities organized by the school.
• Arrival time: From 16.00 h
• Departure time: Before 12.00 h
• Every participant will receive all the necessary bed linen but not towels or soap.
• The average distance from the apartments to our school is about 5 minutes on foot.

Types of Accommodation

The school offers the following types of accommodation:

• Shared apartments: Our apartments are fully equipped:
  • Bedrooms have a bed, wardrobe, table and chair. They can be single or double (for people coming together).
  • Common areas: Living room; Kitchen with fridge, washing machine, cooker/stove; Bathroom.
  • Keys: You must pick up your keys from Hotel Carmen. We will send you a map via e-mail of Almuñécar with Hotel Carmen and your apartment address clearly marked on it.
• Home-Stay accommodation:
  • Half Board includes two meals: breakfast, lunch or dinner.
  • Full Board includes three meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner.
    • You can choose one of the options above in single or double room.
    • One wash of clothes per week is included.
    • It is necessary to include in the enrolment form information about any allergies suffered, nutritional habits, whether or not you are a smoker etc.
    • We will send you a map via e-mail with your accommodation address marked
      on it.
• Hotel/ Hostal and individual apartment booking: If required, we can also arrange this kind of accommodation. Prices depend on requirements.
